Can the organizer change seating after publishing?
Yes. The data model is designed for live changes without replacing the event QR code.
Can guests see other people at their table?
Yes, when the organizer enables tablemate visibility.
Is the AI seating optimizer already connected to Claude?
The demo contains a deterministic optimizer UI. A secure backend endpoint can later call the Claude API without exposing the API key in the browser.
